Frequently asked questions

How do I set a charging animation?

Pick a theme and effect in the app, allow the display-over-other-apps permission, then plug in your charger — the animation appears automatically.

Does it charge my phone faster?

No. Voltaze only shows a visual animation and battery info; it does not change charging speed or your battery.

Why does it need display-over-other-apps?

So the animation can appear over the charging/lock screen. The overlay only draws your chosen animation.

Is it free?

Yes — the app is free and supported by ads.

How do I stop personalized ads?

Decline personalized ads in the in-app consent prompt, or reset/opt out of your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove your themes and settings. To request deletion of any data held by our partners, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
